I can bring my curriculum and teach your students/teachers as part of your training. My lesson plan covers bones, muscles, connective tissues, nervous & digestive systems, joint specific range of motion and injury prevention. My method focuses on human movement through exploration of :
- experiential anatomy,
- biomechanics and kinesiology,
- palpatory anatomy on oneself and others,
- mobilising anatomy models,
- colouring anatomy charts.

Due to the in-depth of this approach, 16 hours are recommended for the anatomy section of your yoga teacher training program although 20 hours are ideal. I will provide anatomy models, skeletons,  handouts, and time for movement and discussion. Please contact me directly for any inquiry and to receive a description of the curriculum.
