All CPDs are designed to extend and develop anatomical and practical knowledge for both Yoga Teachers and those who would like to explore how the body works. All days are theory and practice based. The curriculum focuses on human movement through exploration of experiential anatomy, biomechanics, palpatory anatomy on oneself and others, mobilising anatomy models, drawing/colouring anatomy charts and exchanging with peers. Pilates Teachers, Personal Trainers, Fitness and Health professionals may also find these days useful for personal and professional development. Each CPD can be booked through eventbrite (which apply a booking fee)  or paid in full directly to Julie. Dates and timings are indicated in the eventbrite link and on the calendar page. The knee, as the intermediate structure in the lower limb, is sometimes being constrained between the hip and foot movement, in yoga poses. In this 4hr CPD we will learn how to adapt postures and protect the knee joint.
